The Vancouver Region

Langley is part of the Lower Mainland, a name used to describe the area of Vancouver and the Fraser Valley or the metropolis area of Vancouver.

Routes from Langley consist of the Highway #1 which runs west through Coquiltam, Burnaby to Vancouver or east to Abbotsford and eventually Newfoundland. Fraser Highway cuts through central Langley and runs west through Surrey to the Patullo bridge and New Wetminster. Highway 10 runs from the Hgihway #1 at 232nd, down into Langley centre and then west through Surrey to Ladner. From South Langley you can head west along 32nd avenue to Highway 99 which connects to the US Border and runs North to Richmond and Vancouver. Fraser Highway also connect to the start of the Skytrain rapid transit system into Vancouver.
